Solid
It's pretty close to XUL IDE.
Solid will be based on eclipse and augments webtools by specialized editors, wizards and builders. See the screenshots page to get an idea of what Solid may look like. Main focal points are "easy" XUL editing, XULRunner application generation/building, and localisation.

There is no project and/or release plan so far, if you have ideas you would like to work on, please comment in the Wiki or file a bug. I welcome any contributors, in fact, I need you so that this project won't bitrot like so many other attempts did.
Note: In contrast to most code on mozdev, Solid is licensed in the Eclipse Public License, EPL 1.0. This is merely to freely copy code from the eclipse code base into Solid.
